Most items are shipped within 24 hours, but we may take up to 3 business days to ship if additional upgrades were purchased during checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking status notification and tracking number. Typical timeline to receive orders (U.S. addresses) is 3 to 7 days.
Please note your ship-to address must match the bill-to address of your credit card or must be verified if using PayPal.
All products ship from our Mesa, Arizona within 24 hours. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. Orders paced before 1pm (GMT -7) may be available to ship same day. UPS Next Day is available to most locations. Expedited shipping fees are not refundable.
We are happy to offer International shipping to our customers in over 24 countries. While some items may not be available for international shipment due to size, weight restrictions or cost effectiveness, we will do our best to process every order we can. We use either FedEx International Economy or UPS World Saver. Customers are responsible for any additional tariffs, VAT or import fees. Shipping insurance is required for international shipments. We offer broker services through FedEx (recommended) but can also coordinate with a broker of your choice.
International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) are not calculated into your order. These items are the responsibility of the buyer.
