Arizona, California, Illinois and Florida residents: State and local sales tax will be added to your total. Due to the complexities of individual state tax laws, we may not be able to calculate the exact amount during checkout through the site.

International shipping is available for most products and is stated in each listing. See International Shipping details below.
Most items are shipped within 24 hours, but we may take up to 3 business days to ship if additional upgrades were purchased during checkout. Expedited Shipping:
All products ship from our Mesa, Arizona within 24 hours. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. Orders paced before 1pm (GMT -7) may be available to ship same day. UPS Next Day is available to most locations. Expedited shipping fees are not refundable.

We are happy to offer International shipping to our customers in over 24 countries. While some items may not be available for international shipment due to size, weight restrictions or cost effectiveness, we will do our best to process every order we can. We use either FedEx International Economy or UPS World Saver. Customers are responsible for any additional tariffs, VAT or import fees. Shipping insurance is required for international shipments. We offer broker services through FedEx (recommended) but can also coordinate with a broker of your choice. Contact us for more information.
Duties & Taxes:
International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) are not calculated into your order. These items are the responsibility of the buyer.
All pre-owned products carry a minimum of 90-day hardware protection provided by Positioning Solutions. We also offer extended hardware protection on many products and systems, which is noted in each listing
Hardware protection covers serialized hardware components from manufactures defects for the duration specified in the product listing. During the coverage period, Positioning Solutions will repair or replace defective components at our discretion at no cost to you.
Failure of a product due to misuse, incorrect installation or failure of related parts is not covered and is not the liability of Positioning Solutions.
Used rechargeable batteries: While all used rechargeable batteries are conditioned and tested in our shop, used batteries are not covered under any warranty or protection service.
For the ultimate coverage on your investment, we are proud to offer protection plans on many products and systems backed by Trimble Inc. A Trimble® Protected Plan™ (TPP) covers everything that is covered by original Trimble hardware factory warranty. If the unexpected happens and your equipment has to be repaired, your protection plan ensures that you pay nothing out of pocket for parts and labor on covered repairs. There's also no deductible or fee associated with covered repairs. Items requiring repair during coverage can be returned to us, taken to an authorized servicing dealer, or sent directly to Trimble for repair (shipping is not covered).
TPP Firmware & Software Coverage:
In addition to hardware protection, Trimble® Protection Plans™ can be upgraded to cover Firmware and Software to ensure your equipment is running the latest firmware and software revisions, like the latest version of Trimble Access, SCS900, SiteWorks & FieldLink running on your TSC3, TSC7 or Tablet.

You can return products if the item you received doesn’t match the listing description, or if it arrived faulty or damaged. You must contact us immediately ( within 48 hours of receipt).
Returns for reasons other than above are handled case-by-case with the primary objective of making our customers happy. We believe that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.
When selecting a product to purchase we highly recommend verifying the item is compatible with your application or current equipment. If you are uncertain, please call or email us, our Product Specialists can assist you with your purchase.
We typically do not allow returns for items that you’ve changed your mind about - or are not compatible with your application / current equipment.
Damaged:
Please let us know ASAP if any items on your order arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged item claims are handled by Positioning Solutions through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL) so we need your help to ensure the damage caused during shipping is well documented.
Defective:
Please let us know within 48 hours of receipt if any of the items on your order are defective. If available, we will replace defective items with a similar product (exact model, software and condition). If a replacement is not available we will refund you in full.
Used batteries:
While all used rechargeable batteries are conditioned and tested in our shop, used batteries are not covered under any warranty.
Order Cancellation / Modifications:
Most orders may be modified or cancelled if we are notified quickly on the same day. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as your credit card or PayPal payment has been processed and your order is in the queue to be shipped out.
Order modifications that include Trimble Protection Plans or Software / Firmware upgrades cannot be cancelled as these are ordered from the manufacturer and assigned to a specific serial number.
Wrong item or you changed your mind:
We typically do not allow returns for items that you’ve changed your mind about or are not compatible with your application / current equipment. Before making a purchase, please call us to speak with a Product Specialist.
